Scouted is a mobile app that helps high school athletes and their families organize the college recruiting process. It's your personal recruiting command center — track schools, log coach conversations, manage camps, and stay on top of follow-ups all in one place.

Scouted supports 50+ men's and women's college sports. When you sign up, you select your sport and graduation year. The app works the same way regardless of your sport — it's built to organize the recruiting process that every student-athlete goes through. No. Scouted is an organizational tool, not a recruiting service. We don't contact coaches on your behalf, guarantee scholarships, or make recruiting promises. We help you stay organized so you can manage the process effectively on your own.

Scouted runs on iPhone and iPad, and on Apple Silicon (M-series) Macs through the iPad app. Android support is coming soon — check back on this page for updates.

Tap the "+" button on your schools list and search for any college program. When you add a school, Scouted automatically pulls details like division level, conference, and location so you don't have to enter them manually.

From any school's Conversations tab, you can import emails from Microsoft (Outlook, Hotmail, Live), log phone calls manually, and add text messages manually or via screenshot import. Scouted extracts the contacts, messages, and timestamps automatically so your conversation history is organized without manual data entry.

On every plan, Scouted reads your conversation history with each school and writes a personalized summary plus suggested questions for your next interaction. This helps you stay prepared and ask the right questions. It runs when you ask it to — nothing is sent for processing until you tap.

On every plan, you can set reminders after logging a conversation. The app notifies you when it's time to follow up so no coach conversation goes cold, and the reminder itself lets you mark it done, log how it went, or snooze it. You choose when and how often to be reminded.

The Standard plan lets you track up to 4 schools and includes everything else — email and text import, conversation logging, the NCAA recruiting calendar, program reports, personalized summaries, smart suggestions, push notifications, and data export. Pro adds two things: unlimited schools and family sharing. See our pricing page for a full comparison.

Open Scouted, go to Settings, and tap "Upgrade to Pro." Payment is handled securely through the App Store. Your subscription will activate immediately.

You can cancel anytime through your iPhone's Settings app: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Scouted Pro > Cancel. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

If you cancel your Pro subscription, your account reverts to the Standard plan. All your schools, conversations, contacts, and notes are preserved, but Standard plan limits apply and Pro-only features are unavailable. Inactive Standard accounts are automatically deleted after 1 year.

Go to Settings in the app and tap "Delete Account." This will permanently delete your account and all associated data. Make sure to cancel any active subscriptions through the App Store first.

Yes — on every plan. You can export all your recruiting data from the app, including your school list, conversations, contacts, camps, and notes.

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption, secure authentication, and all data is transmitted over HTTPS. Your recruiting data is stored securely and is never sold to third parties. See our privacy policy for full details.

Only you. Scouted is not a social media app — it's a private, personal organizer for your recruiting journey. Think of it as a diary for your contacts, schedule, and recruiting conversations. There are no public profiles and no way for coaches, schools, or other users to see your data. The one exception is family sharing, which you start yourself: with Pro you can invite up to two adults to a read-only view, and revoke it at any time. We don't share individual user data with any third parties.
